The service
Reelyx recreates a reference reel with your own character: you upload a reel and a character photo, and an AI model makes a new video with the same performance. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Who can use it
- You must be 13 or older. To use someone else's likeness (with their consent) you must be 18 or older.
- One account per person.
Your content
- You keep the rights you have in your uploads and in your results.
- You give us a limited licence to process them only to provide the service (including sending them to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy).
- You promise you have the rights and consent for everything you upload. See the rules.
What is not allowed
Anything listed under "Not allowed" on the rules page, including sexual content, harassment, impersonation, scams, fake news, political deepfakes, hate, violence and anything illegal, and using people's faces or reels without the right to.
AI output
- AI output can be imperfect. We do not guarantee its quality, or that any platform will accept it.
- You are responsible for labelling AI content where platforms ask, and for how you post it.
Free videos and credits
- Each account gets a free allowance, shown on the pricing page.
- After the free allowance, generating a video and fixing glitches are paid with credits, charged per second as shown on the pricing page and before you confirm.
- For now the Reelyx team adds credits to accounts by hand. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Credits that have been used are not refunded, except that a generation or fix that fails is refunded automatically, and a failed free video is not counted.
Suspension
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the rules.
Liability
- The service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable at times.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes go to the courts of India.
